Connect the tools you already run on, so your agent works from what they hold instead of what you last typed. Your booking tool knows who’s coming in on Thursday. Your point of sale knows what a service costs today. Connect them and your agent answers from those, so it stays right when you change something and forget to tell it. Open Settings › Apps

Tip

Looking for Instagram, WhatsApp, or your phone number? Those are channels, not apps. They live under Channels, and they’re the next step.

What connecting does

Your agent readsPrices, service times, and what’s open. It quotes the current number, not the one from when you set it up.
Your agent actsBooks the slot, takes the deposit, sends the confirmation. No step waiting on you.

Connect an app

  1. Find it Search by name, or browse the list. Start with whatever holds your calendar and your prices. That’s the one that changes the most.
  2. Choose Connect You’ll sign in to that app and approve what Olanna can see. Each app asks for something different, so each has its own setup page under Integrations.
  3. Check it took A connected app offers Disconnect instead of Connect. Connect what you use and leave the rest.

What changes in Knowledge

Once a booking or payment tool is connected, your Prices and How long services take files go read-only. Your agent stops reading them and uses the app instead. Change a price in your point of sale and your agent quotes it that afternoon.

The files stay where they are, so if you ever disconnect, your agent has something to fall back on.
Nothing else in Knowledge changes. Your policies, your prep notes, and what you don’t do are still yours to write, because no app holds those.

Can’t find your app?

Tell us the name and we’ll approach them about connecting. We’ll come back to you either way. If they won’t, or it’ll take a while, we’ll tell you which of the apps we already support does the same job. Until then your agent answers from your Knowledge folders and takes booking requests for you to confirm, so nothing is on hold.
