# Welcome to Olanna

Olanna answers your calls and messages, and takes care of what your customers came for.

It works from two things: what you tell it about your business, and the systems you already run on. That's how it quotes your price rather than a guess at it, and books against your real schedule rather than a wish.

### **What it won't do**

Your agent never guesses. Ask it something you haven't told it and it says it doesn't know, takes a message, and passes it to you.

That's the trade. It only knows what you give it, and it never invents the rest. Most of what people call setting up Olanna is really just telling it what you know.
